i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the free bentley ride around the area was a lovely surprise and added a unique touch. the location is central making it easy to access various attractions.
The parking fee seemed quite high at £28 per night. This felt excessive considering i was already a guest at the hotel.

The Bentley experience with the chauffeur was AMAZING!!! It took us out to the surrounding countryside villages. The hotel staff left a dog bowl and some food for my dog. It was a nice touch.
The toilet did not flush as expected. The kettle and coffee were not very easy to use.
