The hotel had a central location and offered a unique Bentley tour experience, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. While the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast left much to be desired, especially considering the lack of variety. The service was friendly overall, but some aspects of the booking experience could use improvement. The parking fee was also a surprise that added to the overall cost.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel, from the warm welcome to the stunningly decorated room. The luxurious spa services were a highlight, especially the exceptional massage I received. The location was perfect for exploring Cambridge on foot, and the complimentary Bentley tour made the experience even more unique. While everything was generally superb, I did notice a minor issue with the shower design causing some water to splash onto the floor.
